daily maintenance

appearance inspection:
Inspect lighting fixtures for damage and ensure all lights are functioning properly. Check the body for any abnormalities such as tilting, oil leaks, water leaks, etc. Examine the exterior of the tires, including their wear condition, proper tire pressure, and any debris attached. Verify the condition of doors, engine hood, cargo compartment cover, and glass to ensure they are closed tightly and undamaged.

Signal device inspection:
Turn on the ignition switch (without starting the engine) and inspect the illumination of various warning lights and indicators. After starting the engine, recheck to ensure warning lights have extinguished properly and indicators remain illuminated as needed.

Fuel inspection:
Monitor the fuel gauge indicator and promptly refuel to avoid running out of fuel during travel.

Tire pressure adjustment:
Inspect and adjust tire pressure to the standard value, removing any debris from the tires. Additionally, do not forget to check the condition of the spare tire.

Engine and oil inspection:
Examine the securement of engine components and check for any signs of oil or water leaks. Inspect and adjust belt tension to ensure optimal transmission efficiency. Replenish essential fluids such as engine oil, coolant, electrolyte, and power steering fluid to maintain proper fluid levels. Clean the exterior of the radiator to ensure efficient heat dissipation.

Three filter replacement:
Regularly replace the air filter, fuel filter, and oil filter to prevent contaminants from entering the engine system.

Battery maintenance:
Inspect battery terminals for corrosion and, if necessary, clean them with hot water to remove corrosion. Add battery electrolyte solution as needed to maintain battery performance.

Chassis check:
Inspect the chassis for oil leaks and perform grease replenishment on chassis lubrication points. Check the oil levels of various assemblies and top them up as appropriate.

Tires and braking system:
Routinely inspect tire wear and rotate or replace tires as necessary. Evaluate the brake system's operation, including brake pad wear and brake fluid level, to ensure optimal braking performance.

Ignition timing and valve clearance:
Periodically inspect and adjust the ignition timing and valve clearances to maintain stable engine performance.
