Cement bulk tank trailers are used to move bulk cement, using pneumatic systems for loading and unloading. You must follow standard steps to do this right. Before you start, check the trailer, tank, pneumatic parts and work area, and make sure operators have the right protective gear. When loading, let out any leftover air pressure, seal the loading port properly, don't fill the tank more than 90 to 95 percent full, then clean up any cement residue and shut all valves tight.
Unloading is a bit more involved. First, park the trailer so it doesn't move-set the handbrake and put wheel blocks in place. Then hook the unloading hose up tight to the receiving silo. Next, you need to pressurize the tank to 0.2 MPa. After that, tweak the air nozzle valve so the cement flows steadily while you're unloading. Once the tank pressure holds steady at 0.02 to 0.05 MPa, make sure you clear out any cement that's left inside. When you're done, shut off the equipment first, let any remaining pressure out, and clean up the work area. Stick to safety rules-don't let water get into the tank, check and maintain the equipment regularly, and keep dust down so nothing goes wrong and everything runs safely.
