The body structure
Low plate semi-trailer: the body is low, usually using concave beam (or well) frame, the main level of the cargo platform is low, to ensure the smoothness of transportation, suitable for the transportation of heavy vehicles, mining machinery, construction machinery and other large equipment.
Flatbed semi-trailer: the body is relatively high, the frame is of through-beam structure, the longitudinal beam adopts flat or gooseneck type, the height of the belly plate ranges from 400mm to 550mm, which is suitable for the transportation of a variety of specifications of goods.
cargo carrying capacity
Low plate semi-trailer: low loading surface, low center of gravity, good stability and safety, suitable for the transportation of goods of lower height, but the load capacity is relatively small.
Flatbed semi-trailer: the carrying area is relatively large, the carrying capacity is more outstanding, suitable for the transportation of large-scale mechanical equipment and other goods of greater weight.

adaptability
Low plate semi-trailer: chassis structure is low, can be convenient through the curves and tunnels, to adapt to a variety of road conditions, less jitter in the driving process.
Flatbed semi-trailer: because of the height of the body, it is relatively easy to bump in the driving process, and to adapt to the narrow, complex roads is relatively more difficult.
In summary, low-flatbed semi-trailer and flatbed semi-trailer have their own advantages, the choice should be based on specific transportation needs and road conditions for consideration.
