Recently, a delegation of Mozambican customers visited Luyi Factory and carried out a two day on site inspection activity. The purpose of this visit was to deeply understand Luyi Factory's production strength, technological R & D capabilities, and the core advantages of its products, laying a foundation for the two sides to carry out in - depth cooperation in multiple fields in the future. The general manager of Luyi Factory and the heads of relevant departments accompanied the inspection throughout the process. After the delegation arrived, they first visited the intelligent production workshop of Luyi Factory. Beside the automated production line, the customers stopped for a long time, carefully observed the precise operation process of the intelligent robotic arms, and inquired in detail about the quality control standards in the production process. The person in charge of Luyi Factory introduced that the factory has currently achieved fully automated production of key processes. Through the Internet of Things system, it can trace the origin of raw materials and monitor production data in real time, and the product qualification rate is stably above 99.5%. Customer representatives took samples on site for testing and highly praised the precision and stability of the products.
In the R & D center, Luyi Factory displayed a new generation of lightweight semi trailer series products developed for the African market. Technicians demonstrated through 3D models and explained the optimized design of the products in terms of adapting to tropical climates and complex road conditions. In particular, the anti corrosion materials and rapid loading and unloading systems of the side curtain semi trailers aroused the strong interest of the customer delegation. "The logistics industry in Mozambique is in a period of rapid development, and there is an urgent need for efficient and durable transportation equipment. The product design concept of Luyi is highly consistent with our market demand," said the head of the delegation during the communication.
At the symposium, the two sides had an in depth discussion on the cooperation model. The Mozambican customers introduced the local infrastructure construction plan and the current situation of the logistics market, and proposed the hope to establish a long term strategic cooperation with Luyi Factory, covering areas such as product supply, technical support, and local services. The general manager of Luyi Factory said that it will customize product solutions according to the characteristics of the Mozambican market and plans to set up an after sales service center locally to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the equipment throughout its life cycle.
At the end of the inspection, the two sides initially reached a number of cooperation intentions, involving the framework of procurement agreements for products such as side curtain semi trailers and container transportation equipment. Members of the customer delegation said that the strength and sincerity of Luyi Factory were impressive, and they looked forward to promoting the implementation of cooperation as soon as possible to jointly explore the southern African market. This inspection not only deepened the mutual understanding between the two sides but also injected new momentum into Luyi Factory's expansion of its overseas market territory.
