We have recently finished production and officially dispatched a set of four-axle lowbed semi-trailers to Kyrgyzstan. Tailored to fit local operational needs, these trailers are specially manufactured to haul oversized, heavy mining equipment for regional mining and construction works. Mountainous terrain and rugged, unpaved roads have long been a major obstacle to heavy cargo transportation in Kyrgyzstan's mining zones, and this batch of new equipment will effectively solve these practical on-site logistics problems and support the upgrade of local mining supporting facilities.
The four-axle layout is adopted based on actual road conditions in Central Asia, which can reasonably disperse the overall vehicle weight and avoid excessive single-axle pressure, fully complying with local road load limit rules. The whole main frame is forged from high-quality Q345 structural steel, endowing the trailer with strong bearing capacity and structural stability, with a rated load reaching 80 tons. It is ideal for transporting large on-site machinery including mining excavators, drilling machines and mobile crushing equipment. The unique low-bed design greatly lowers the vehicle's center of gravity, making long-distance transit on bumpy mountain roads much safer and more stable.
To adapt to Kyrgyzstan's harsh outdoor working environments, we equip each trailer with mature WABCO brake assemblies and reinforced heavy-load suspension systems. This reliable configuration greatly improves the vehicle's shock resistance and durability, reducing on-site failure rates and later maintenance costs. Put into local use, these lowbed trailers will greatly improve the flexible scheduling and transfer efficiency of heavy mining equipment, save time and logistics costs for mining projects, and further facilitate the sustainable development of local mineral resources and related economic industries.
