LUYI AUTO has recently shipped a batch of three-axle reinforced side wall semi-trailers to Uzbekistan, catering to the rising road freight needs for regular goods in Central Asia. With more frequent cross-border shipments running along the China-Central Asia transport routes, local fleet owners are looking for sturdy trailers that can stand up to daily mixed cargo runs, and these units are built exactly for that job.
We use high-tensile steel for the main frame and thickened side panels, adding extra vertical stiffeners to stop side walls from bowing out under heavy loads. They work well for all kinds of everyday cargo, from construction supplies and farm produce to packed merchandise and machine spare parts. Many local routes link Tashkent, Samarkand and the Fergana Basin, where road conditions change a lot, so solid build quality is key to avoid breakdowns on long trips.
Each trailer comes with three 13-ton axles and mechanical suspension, fitted with widely stocked 12R22.5 tyres that local repair shops can source easily. Standard S-cam drum brakes and compatible air piping are installed, and the whole braking
setup supports ABS. Core components like the kingpin and landing gear follow familiar specs for Uzbekistan teams, so routine checks and part replacement will not cause trouble for drivers and mechanics.
Removable side posts and a heavy-duty floor bring good versatility. Operators can switch it from a side wall trailer to a flat style quickly to fit different hauling plans. Customers may also pick extra tarpaulins and side curtains when they need to carry bagged grain or dust-sensitive goods during harvest seasons.
This is not our first delivery into Uzbekistan. LUYI AUTO has sent tankers and other trailer types here before, and our local clients value reliable aftersales, accessible spare parts and on-site technical help when the trucks arrive. We keep focusing on practical, budget-friendly trailer solutions to help regional transport companies expand their business as bilateral trade keeps picking up.
