LUYI AUTO has secured a repeat purchase from a mining contractor operating in the Central African Republic, covering a fresh batch of 4-axle rear-dump semi-trailers. The decision follows the performance of units handed over earlier this year on ore and aggregate haulage routes.
The order was not won on price alone. Site feedback showed the trailers kept working through the rainy season, when laterite roads turn soft and overloaded axles punish weak frames. Operators reported shorter unloading cycles and fewer hydraulic stoppages than with the mixed fleet they ran before, and drivers found the rear-dump geometry easier to place on narrow stockpile benches.
Configuration for this batch follows the same mining specification: a 4-axle chassis with reinforced longitudinal beams, a wear-resistant steel dump body with thicker floor and side plates, front-end hydraulic lift with dust-protected cylinders,
heavy-duty suspension, and tyres selected for abrasive gravel and long pit hauls.
Every unit ships with a filter and seal kit, spare hydraulic hoses and a cylinder repair set, so the customer's own workshop can handle routine maintenance instead of waiting on overseas parts. A short handover briefing on lifting sequence and load distribution is included for the new drivers joining the fleet.
Production slots are already booked, with shipment scheduled to arrive ahead of the next dry-season haulage peak. LUYI AUTO supplies rear-dump and side-tip semi-trailers to mining, construction and logistics customers across African markets, and works with buyers on axle count, body thickness and hydraulic specification to match local road and load conditions.
