Safety always comes first for truckers during transport! If renting a trailer is to save your heart, then trailer maintenance is to renew your life. Check that everything is in order before travelling on the road.

● Suspension system (steel): to transfer loads and absorb vibrations.

● Axle and hub system: single, two and three axle assemblies of the same structure are installed under the suspension system. The tyre and rim assembly is fastened to the hub with tyre bolts and is used to support the weight of the whole vehicle.

● Outrigger lifting mechanism: In order to enable the semi-trailer to be parked reliably after being detached from the tractor, two outriggers are provided at the front end of the frame in linkage or single action. It is composed of screw transmission mechanism, bevel gear transmission mechanism, double-speed reduction gearbox, transmission rod, operating handle and so on.

When the handle is pushed in, the rotation can lift at high speed, and when the handle is pulled out, the rotation can lift at low speed. When the outrigger touches the ground, it can only be lifted and low-speed gear.

● Traction pin and guide plate/frame: The lower part of the front end of the frame has a traction pin connected to the tractor saddle and a traction pin connection plate. The traction pin is mainly used to transmit the traction force of the tractor and the braking force during braking.

Second, the semi-trailer circuit

Semi-trailer is through the tractor screw cable plug and trailer front circuit socket connection, play the role of the main vehicle light signal transmission to the trailer. Therefore, the vehicle is installed with the tractor to match the international common electrical system, the electrical system generally consists of seven-core sockets, multi-core cables, junction boxes, waterproof connectors and various types of lamps and other components.

Three major components: emergency relay valve, ABS valve, brake air chamber, most of the failures come from these three major components.

● Emergency Relay Valve: Pneumatic components of the vehicle braking system in the semi-trailer filling line damage or think cut off the air intake to achieve emergency braking, shorten the braking lag time and rapid release of the role of braking, replacing the original semi-trailer braking system in the braking valve, distribution valves, acceleration valves, quick release valves.

ABS (Anti-lock brake system): an electronic control system that monitors and controls the vehicle speed during braking, including ABS solenoid valve, ABS wiring harness, ABS probe, gear ring and other components. ABS (Anti-lock Brake System): The ABS electronic control system monitors and controls the vehicle speed during braking, including ABS wiring harness, gear ring and other components.
