LUYI AUTO has just completed a new batch of 80 ton 4‑axle lowbed semi‑trailers delivered to a client in Turkmenistan, built to support the country's growing infrastructure and construction projects. These units are designed for heavy machinery haulage, carrying excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders and other oversized equipment across long distances and rough road conditions.
The trailer adopts a reinforced welded main beam with a 4‑axle layout, giving a rated payload of 80 ton while keeping the loading deck height low for easy loading of tall machines. The drop deck, goose‑neck section and sloped ramps make it convenient to drive equipment directly on board without extra lifting gear. High‑strength steel is used throughout the frame to resist bending and torsion under concentrated loads, and the suspension system is tuned for stable running even on uneven Central Asian highways.
Key specs include a total length of around 13 m, a deck width of 3 m, 12R22.5 tubeless tyres, mechanical or hydraulic ramps on both ends, and optional twist locks, side rails, toolboxes and spare wheel carriers. The braking system follows emergency relay valve standards, and the electrical system supports 24 V connections to most prime movers common in the region.
Turkmenistan has been expanding road, energy and industrial sites in recent years, so reliable heavy transport is in high demand. Our local buyer chose this model after comparing several suppliers, mainly for the sturdy frame design, reasonable price and faster delivery time. LUYI AUTO now exports lowbeds, flatbeds, dump trailers and tank trailers to over 30 countries, including Central Asia, Africa and South America.
Each trailer is sand‑blasted, anti‑corrosion treated and painted with two coats of high‑gloss finish before shipment, and CE‑style documentation can be provided on request. Contact LUYI AUTO for factory pricing and lead time on your next heavy haulage fleet.
