Recently, a group of South African clients made a special trip to Luyi Factory to conduct on-site inspections and exchanges focusing on flatbed semi-trailer products. Accompanied by the Luyi team, the clients visited the steel pretreatment workshop, welding production line, painting workshop and finished product testing area of flatbed semi-trailers in sequence, and gained a detailed understanding of the full-process production standards from raw material selection to finished product roll-off. During the process, the clients focused on the frame welding process, axle assembly accuracy and load-bearing performance testing of flatbed semi-trailers. Luyi's technical personnel provided professional answers to the clients' questions regarding load adaptation and customized modification, intuitively demonstrating Luyi's technical strength and quality control capabilities in the field of flatbed semi-trailer production.
During the exchange session, the South African clients expressed recognition for the application of high-strength steel, flexible customization solutions and designs conforming to international transportation standards of Luyi's flatbed semi-trailers, and clearly stated their intention to cooperate. Both parties conducted in-depth discussions on the size specifications, load requirements and after-sales support of flatbed semi-trailers in the South African market, and initially reached a consensus on product adaptation for local logistics scenarios. The person in charge of Luyi stated that taking this inspection as an opportunity, the company will further optimize product solutions, provide South African clients with flatbed semi-trailers and services more in line with local needs, help both parties start a new chapter of long-term and stable cooperation, and promote the layout upgrade of Luyi's flatbed semi-trailers in the overseas market.
