On March 8, the Luyi factory area was filled with warmth and fragrance. Chairman Zhao Qiufen and the management team carefully planned a Women's Day afternoon tea party for all female employees to convey their respect for "half the sky". Custom desserts and seasonal tea drinks are placed in the tea break area, and each lunch box is accompanied by a handwritten greeting card, a sentence "May you freely ride on the track of career and life" resonates with employees. "Behind the precision welding and intelligent production line of Luyi Manufacturing, it is inseparable from the ingenuity of every female employee."
When Zhao Qiufen delivered the bouquet of roses to the hands of the female salesman Guo Ran of the business department, she sighed: "The company even we often work overtime to stare at the cervical spine problems have taken into account, customized U-shaped pillows are more intimate than flowers."
This activity continues Luyi manufacturing's corporate philosophy of "both core technology and flexible care". As Zhao Qiufen said in his message: "We not only want to build a tanker across the desert, but also to build a growth platform for female employees to shine." At the end of the event, the spontaneous flower delivery team of male employees extended their blessings to each post, so that the meaning of International Women's Day took root in the mechanical roar
