A distinctive anti-surge baffle structure is adopted inside the semi-trailers' tanks, which can cut down liquid sloshing by 40% during transit and significantly boost driving stability. What's more, the intelligent monitoring system equipped on the vehicles enables real-time monitoring of the tank's pressure and temperature, fully conforming to the stringent safety and efficiency standards of Spain's petroleum transportation industry.
The smooth export of this product batch signifies not only a key milestone for LUYI's penetration into the Spanish market but also serves as strong evidence of international recognition for China's trailer manufacturing expertise. To align with Spain's local road characteristics and transportation norms, LUYI's R&D team dedicated six months to product structure upgrades-for instance, raising the chassis ground clearance to suit the country's mountainous road sections. A relevant person in charge of LUYI stated that this collaboration will solidify the company's foothold for further expanding its Southern European business layout, and the enterprise will roll out more tailored products to cater to the varied demands of global clients.
