We recently locked down this big tank trailer deal with our UAE energy partners. We have kept in touch with them for a long time, and they need these units to cover their fuel deliveries to inland storage yards and scattered desert fuel points.
Each three-axle trailer comes with separate compartments. Drivers can load different fuels in one trip without mixing products. Internal baffles ease fuel surging when braking or driving on rough desert roads. Every compartment has its own discharge valve, emergency cut-off parts and static protection. All safety setups follow local transport rules for dangerous liquid cargo in the Middle East. Tank welds are done automatically and tested carefully. They won't leak easily even in hot weather and on bad roads.
We adjusted the tank and chassis based on real field feedback from the UAE. Extra coating is added to fight sand abrasion and rust. This design helps them avoid many empty return trips and arrange mixed fuel shipments with less hassle. The client went for this model because they want simpler daily transport work, lower running costs and more flexible fuel allocation for their business.
We are pushing production to meet the handover schedule. Each trailer will go through a full check before loading. Our after-sales guys will keep talking with them about technical support and spare parts supply. We hope this cooperation opens up more trailer orders from energy operators around the Gulf area.
