Recently, a delegation of Ethiopian customers made a special trip to LUYI's production base in Shandong to conduct an on-site inspection of the full R&D, production and quality control processes of the 3-axle 30,000L oil tank semi-trailers. Accompanied by the factory manager, the customers visited the steel pretreatment workshop, the tank hydraulic forming production line and the final assembly and commissioning area in sequence. They focused on the material selection and craftsmanship of the product's core components-from the assembly accuracy of FUWA/BPW axles, to the testing standards of the mechanical suspension system, and the airtightness inspection of the tank after welding. They asked detailed questions about every link. During the process, the customers highly recognized the automated cutting equipment and standardized quality inspection procedures adopted by the factory, believing that the product's load capacity (>30,000kg) and transportation safety fully meet the needs of the local fuel transportation market.
In the visiting and communication session, the two parties held in-depth discussions on customized needs. Combining local transportation scenarios, the Ethiopian customers put forward personalized requirements such as tire specification adaptation and tank color customization. LUYI's technical team demonstrated past similar customization cases on site and detailed the 6-year after-sales support system and overseas logistics and distribution solutions. The customers stated that this on-site inspection not only gave them a direct experience of LUYI's production strength and technical professionalism, but also strengthened their confidence in future cooperation with LUYI. They clearly expressed their intention to purchase the first batch of 3-axle 30,000L oil tank semi-trailers. This visit has laid a solid foundation for LUYI to further expand the East African market and also demonstrated the brand's recognition among overseas customers.
