On 1st March 2025, representatives of Dubai Infrastructure Group of UAE visited Shandong LUYI Manufacturing Group, and after observing the intelligent production line of cement tanker, they had in-depth negotiation with Zhao Qiufen, the chairman of the group, and signed the first batch of cement transport semi-trailer purchase agreement on the spot. This cooperation marks that LUYI high-end special trucks formally enter the supply chain of infrastructure in the Gulf region, injecting the power of Chinese equipment into the urbanisation construction in the Middle East.
The customer team focused on the cement tanker rotational moulding workshop, where LUY engineers demonstrated the patented conical tank laser welding process and fully automatic powder coating line. In the finished product display area, the lightweight cement tanker with a load capacity of 60 tonnes is equipped with an intelligent pneumatic pressure conveying system, supporting remote material level monitoring function, and its modular design can achieve a quick change of tanks of different specifications in 6 hours. Ahmed Al Maktoum, Dubai Procurement, exclaimed, 'The digital quality control from steel plate pretreatment to complete vehicle assembly perfectly matches the stringent standards of our desert high-temperature transport, and especially the anti-crystallisation coating technology solves the pain point of the cement residue industry.'
It is reported that the customized model is especially equipped with sand filtration device and tyre pressure adaptive system, and LUYI Manufacturing is synchronously committed to setting up a bonded warehouse for spare parts in Dubai. Chairman Zhao Qiufen said, 'We are jointly developing new energy mixer trucks with customers in the UAE, and expect to realise localised production in 2024.' As the infrastructure boom in the Middle East continues, LUYI Manufacturing has delivered more than 200 specialised trucks to the region, and continues to reshape the global pattern of building materials transport equipment with innovative technology.
