All customized designs focus on enhancing structural durability, improving on-site operation flexibility and upgrading travel safety performance, which can perfectly adapt to the complex and harsh logistics environment of wind farm projects. The telescopic matching hydraulic adaptive structure is the core of the whole customization, capable of transporting wind blades with a length spanning from 35 meters to over 80 meters.
Load-bearing capacity is the primary consideration in trailer customization. We adopt high-strength thickened reinforced steel to manufacture the main beam, and adjust the beam thickness and overall structural hardness according to actual transportation demands. This design not only fully bears the concentrated load of wind turbine blades during transportation, but also properly reduces the trailer's self-weight to save fuel consumption and improve transportation economy. The hydraulic telescopic platform is a practical customized upgrade, supporting stepless length adjustment. Equipped with a large-angle steering mechanism and
adjustable lifting stroke, the trailer can cope with different blade models and various complex road conditions. Optional 3-8 axle matching and hydraulic suspension configuration can average the bearing pressure, effectively improving driving stability on bumpy mountain roads and uneven road surfaces.
We attach great importance to safety detail customization to avoid cargo damage and transportation risks. The trailer is equipped with a 360° rotatable blade support turntable, together with customized arc buffer accessories that fit most blade calibers. These fittings can effectively isolate vibration and prevent blade surface abrasion or structural damage during moving and turning. Meanwhile, dual-line braking system and professional anti-slip fixing tools are configured to lock the blades stably in place throughout the whole journey. In addition to functional modifications, we also accept personalized custom demands, including body color customization, enterprise logo printing and electrical system optimization.
