F3000 Dump Truck

F3000 Dump Truck is a special vehicle that can unload goods by hydraulic or mechanical lifting mechanism. It consists of key components such as vehicle chassis, hydraulic lifting mechanism, cargo compartment and power output device. Its engine drives the hydraulic pump through the gearbox and power output device. The high-pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and oil pipe, pushing the piston rod to turn over the cargo compartment and unload the goods. Equipped with Weichai engine, African customised axle and suspension, the vehicle can be widely used in construction, civil engineering and other fields.

The F3000 tipper is equipped with an advanced high-horsepower diesel engine with high-pressure common rail fuel injection and turbocharging technology. Its maximum power is 380 kW and maximum torque is 1,800 Nm.

Ruggedness and durability

The body of the F3000 tipper is made of Q690D high-strength alloy steel with a yield strength of 690 MPa and tensile strength of 830-970 MPa. The key parts are automatically welded by robots, and the welding strength reaches more than 90% of the base material.
